I am about to tackle this myself. Ended up with an 01 Silverado that was lifted. Has a few little issues. Leaking front diff and 230k miles. Figure it is time for a rebuild. Also need to tackle the transfer case.

Video was interesting, but for some reason, I don’t see it as being as effective as a battery operated air cleaner for inside of the truck. The set up is much easier just turn it on no drilling holes no modifications needed .

I work on cars and try to my mowers. But guess I don't know too much. I have the same mower except no bag and the throttle is old style on the right with the cable connecting near air filter. And mine has springs on top of carb. This one seems to have none. I am trying to find out how they hook up and how many. And ideas?

Don't I need to bleed the brakes after replacement??

I have a 2018 Tahoe. The driver side stub axle has a bit of wobble and play to it. More then half of what I’ve found online says it’s normal. Even my local transmission repair shop said it’s normal when I called to inquire. It doesn’t feel normal. I saw someone say the “nut” that holds the bearing on the driver side can be adjusted once the tab is removed. Is this what you would recommend? Along with replacing the beedle bearing and seal? I hope this makes it to you. If there’s an expert in front diffs. It’s you. Thank you.

If you have part number as few are different they cost 38 thru 50 on Amazon I paid $39 total for mine they cost $185 at most auto parts stores. And yes they made by same company so save money

Today Les Schwab told me I needed this on my 2004 Pilot…$874. …That sure seems like a lot of money 🤦‍♀️. It’s $232. Each arm …$280. Labor and $130. For an alignment …Wow. I’m hoping our mechanic can do it for less …unfortunately we don’t have a mechanic in the family 😢. Thanks for the information. This is very helpful. I would however like to take a brief moment to rant at gmc. What an incredibly fucking retarded method for resetting a sensor. I mean it's objectively stupid to have to inflate your tires to the appropriate and safe psi, and then let the fucking air pressure out of your tires to an unsafe operating level in order to reset the sensor. I feel a little better now😊

I saw another video where the guy warned that when you are ready to set the new number by hitting the reset button, DON’T press it more than once to lock it in. Each time you press “reset” to lock in the number it counts it as a recalibration and will subtract from your 6 to hours many times you hit it. I think the guy hit it several times and instead of having 5 left, he only had 2. 😮

Great video. Unfortunately I didn't change the belt immediately after buying the 2004 Pilot, and I paid the price for it afyer it sheared teeth off it driving down the road. Hard lesson.

Nice work. My neighbor gave me his early this spring because the augers stopped turning. He ruled out everything else and said the gear box is bad. I'm guessing the worm gear broke on it; I have yet to take it apart but this has been a helpful video. Thanks!

What would cause air bubbles on dipstick?No other problems had this issue for years. it just seems like more air bubbles. I changed filter and found clutch material on magnetic and few sparkles in pan. I was told to check valve body for warp.

So our 8.25 needs pressed in more it has alot of play or just little to loose but something in ours was rattling bad and its broken whatever it was i don't have a garage and don't own all the tools to get that job done and Our mechanic guy thinks its a bad transfer case but i don't think it is the rattling sound was inside the front differential

Nice vid, had my brother watch so he could rebuild my jack(hydrolics are his department). Since then my crappy plastic vent screw sheared off. Is there a $2 fix since all the vendors wat $20 for what seems like a tiny check valve?
